February 2015: "Spreading Love and Luck

Two major celebrations mark the month of February. These are the Valentine's Day and the Chinese New Year. That's why February of this year is truly wrapped with red which is also my favorite color!

February opens with happinesss for yours truly. Yes for me, this is really full of love as yours truly finally felt being loved after a series of pain and bitterness on the previous year. As we feel the love, definitely, expect for more romantic posts!

And since yours truly is also a Chinese by blood, expect also for Chinese New Year features as I always do every year.

February is also the birth month of my lifestyle blog which is The Lifestyle Portal. The said blog is now turning 3 years old. Definitely, we will be having a birthday party specially now that it has its own domain via www.thelifestyleportal.net.

What more will you ask for? Well, wait and see 'coz I will definitely share some surprises! Love and Luck, that really paint my February! (rcb)

A Wedding Message

My college 'sidekick' (as we termed our friendship since ako 'ung bida at siya ung girl sidekick ko) just got married last January 25, 2014 at the beautiful vintage church of Nuestra Senora De Gracia in Guadalupe, Makati City. Their wedding was one of the coolest, happiest, and most creative wedding I have attended.  My friend Marfe and her now hubby Richmond complemented one another. They were really perfect match during that very special day.

 It seems napahaba masyado ung wedding message ko to my friend in Facebook. Parang pang-blog post na. Therefore as many requested, here na, ipo-post ko na dito sa aking personal blog site so that my avid readers can even read and know some of our moments together with my kwelang sidekick. Here's my wedding message:
 

 Dear Marfe,

First of all, Congratulations for your very beautiful wedding! Yes, 'ung wedding mo ang pinakamasaya at pinaka-comedy na na-attendan ko! Very creative ha! With matching sunglasses pa! San ka pa?! It reflects you and Richmond C. Mallari's personality! Yeah, bagay na bagay talaga kayong dalawa, parehong kwela, parehong kalog, parehong makulit, both comedians, perfect match as they say! Hmmm...hope makahanap din ako ng perfect match ko in due time!

Your wedding also served as our reunion with college classmates and Artisan friends. Ang galing mo ha, napagsama mo uli si Amor Powers at Madam Claudia! Or should I say si Marian Rivera at Angel Locsin! Pero sayang wala si Anne Curtis! Hehehe  Breaking record ka talaga Rhodora X! Another best moments!

Sa wedding mo Marfe Antoniette B. Bermudo, ang daming nag-flashback na-moments! I remember 'ung nililibing nyo pa dati ni Daynee Alpay Saguinsin 'ung mga crushes nyo sa IRTC building. At ang pinaka-best episode natin dalawa 'nung college na masarap balikan, 'ung dalawa tayong umiiyak noon sa Artisan office! Remember one morning after namin bumalik from Tagaytay, iniyakan kita kase nag-away kami ni "Aviona." At the same time, umiiyak ka din kase wala pa kayong project sa Antenna! Haha, winner ang crying moment natin na 'un mare!

And one more thing, I love your initial ni bayaw Richmond ha, "RM" - "Richmond and Marfe" or should I say "Rocky and M." (di ko na buuin ha...hehehe)?! Gaya-gaya lang ang peg! Ako ang kinilig dun ah...Haha!  Kahit kailan talaga related ang mga lovelife natin!

Again congratulations and best wishes to both of you! Oi, ako ang ninong sa first baby niyo ha!

Nga pala may gusto akong makilala nung wedding day niyo, 'ung binulong ko kay bayaw Richmond at sa'yo! Hehehe.. #flirtmode.

Puro kasalan ako this weekend. Last Saturday 'ung kasal niyo, after that, we watched "Bride for Rent" on Sunday! Hayz, gusto ko na tuloy ikasal! ;(

O siya, pang-blog post na ito! Stay cool and happy new couple! Keep the vow of forever.

Since green is her favorite color and green is the motif of her wedding, I tainted the writings in green! Yan ha, malakas ka talaga sa'kin...!

After this wedding, ready na naman sa new event. Oops, hindi pa 'yan binyag ng anak nyo ha...siyempre KASAL ko muna! Hahaha!  And of course, all of you are invited! After that, baptismal  na ng ating mga babies...!

What's Next for My 2014?!

2013 has been concluded. It was indeed a 'bitter-sweet' year for yours truly. A combination of good and bad things collided but still the good ones prevailed! Now this 2014, what should I expect?!

Chinese horoscope predicted that the year 2014 was not a good year for me. Bad lucks should be expected. Hmmm...is this the reason why on the first week of January I was crying?! Yup, "simula pa lang ng taon todo iyak na ako...!" Hope that it wouldn't prolong!

Every start of the year, I always share with you  my top list of goals or resolution or to dos for the year. Last 2013, I gave you my "Go 13 for 2013."  Majority materialized but some failed! This year, I'll make a difference!

For this year, I wouldn't make a list of top things to do. Come what may! "Ayoko munang pangunahan kung ano ang nakatadhana!" But definitely, I'm expecting for good things to come on my way. Let's enjoy then  2014 (though I'm unhappy right now writing this post). Chinese new year is yet to come, the year of the Wooden Horse is yet to conquer! (RCB)

Angels of Love

They were the cutest pair I ever have! They can stand alone but it's best to put them together! Putting them together gives you an inspiration and let you fall in love! They are my lovable angel collection.

In my previous post, I share with you my first collection of angel which previously placed on my brother's PC but now together with many more angels guarding our Sony Bravia. Today, I will let you meet my so-called Angels of Love!

Take a look at them. See how cute they are. Feel the love they are sharing with. Here are the up, close, and personal pictures of my two little angels:

Do you love them?! Do they inspire you? What can you say about them?!

Again, I bought these cute angels in one of the prestige malls. They were the fast-selling angels. Definitely because they were too lovely to own! And I'm glad that I was able to grab them. Actually, these two were the last stock the department store have so I immediately bought them. Thanks God!

You can buy them separately since they have individual an price. But it's better to buy them both and put them together. If you will notice, bringing them closer will form a heart! They were like a jigsaw puzzle. Bringing them closer together will form a heart!

I like how they look. They truly give me inspiration. Seeing them, they will fix your broken heart. They emphasize love and inspiration! Nice!

Actually among all of my angel collection, these two were my favorite! It's because of their uniqueness and message they want to emphasize.

Since I love them, I placed them on our cozy glass center table. They give life and love in our living room area. Visitors can easily notice and be attracted on them!

Love, love, love my angels of love! Hope that they can spread their love on the people who truly needs love and affection! Great! =)
