Preparing Desserts for the New Year's Eve!

2013 is fast approaching! Everyone is really busy preparing for foods or collecting fireworks or firecrackers to welcome the new year's eve!

Last night, we start preparing desserts for Media Noche. And I'll let you see our messy kitchen during the dessert preparation. Here are some of the photos:

Mixing Buko Salad Delights!

Feeling Expert sa Dessert with Graham Crackers!
We already bought a roll of Ube-Macapuno Cake and ice cream for the 12 Midnight's Dessert. But of course, the Media Noche dessert seems incomplete without the famous Buko Salad and Graham Home Made Frozen Cakes!

For the Graham, we made two flavors - the fabulous mango and the creamy buko! I've checked them in our freezer and they were all ready!

I'll update you guys with our other foods for tonight. For now, I'll go with my family to church to thank the Lord for all the blessings He gave for 2012! (RCB)

A Mango-Grahams Dessert for the Holiday!

Before our Noche Buena last night, I made another dessert. This is my very own-made Mango-Grahams Dessert!

Before, I already made different flavors of Grahams Dessert. The Buko and the Coffe were some of the flavors I previously made. This time, I created the mango!

Below is how I made it:

Preparing All The Ingredients

Mixing the All-Purpose Cream and the Condense Milk in a Bowl

Slicing the Mangoes

Putting the Grahams Flakes on the Respective Trays

Putting the Other Ingredients in the Tray

The Ready Made Product

Putting the Finished Product on the Freezer

It's very fun doing this! After so many times, I have made another dessert of mine! And we served this dessert during the Christmas eve! Yup, I've been very busy recently so I wasn't able to made new desserts. Thanks God, I'm free this Holiday (though very busy in my blogging career) so I have time to create this one!

My younger brother really love this dessert. He even wants more! He requested me on the New Year's eve to make more new Grahams Dessert! He really love it! And I also do! =)

What can you say about my dessert?! Would you even like it?! Would you like to taste some?!

Well, when you visit us here in our home, I will serve you some! Have a great holidays! Enjoy! C",)

A Special Graham 'Buko' Dessert!

As promised, I will share with you my second recipe which I made last Sunday together with my corn flavored maja blanca! This time, let us "feel expert sa dessert.."!

Yup, this is a Graham special dessert! But I made my own! Since everyone of us were popular with the mango dessert using Graham biscuit, in my recipe, I used 'buko'!

Well, let me share with you how I made it!

Preparing All The Ingredients

Mixing All The Ingredients in a Bowl

Of course, prepare all the ingredients! These were the Graham Biscuit (ang bida ng recipe), all-purpose cream, condense milk, and the 'buko' (ang special star ng aking recipe)! And also prepare all the utensils and trays to use!

Mix all these ingredients in a bowl. Stir it well until the all-purpose cream and the condense milk combine as one!

When they were already mixed, start now putting the Graham rectangular biscuits in the tray where you will put the mixture. Shape the rectangular biscuits in the bottom of the tray. These were serve as the baseline!

Crushing the Graham Biscuits

Finished Product! Ready to Put in the Freezer!

Now pour the mixture in the tray where you put the Graham biscuits. Shape it accordingly. This will be your first layer! Afterward, put again another Graham rectangular biscuits on top of the mixture then pour another mixture on it! This is now the second layer! Do it repeatedly until you run out of mixture to pour!

In my case, I came up with three layers. On the very top of my dessert, I put crushed of Graham biscuits. Yup, I patiently crushed the whole Graham biscuits and put it on the very top of my finished dessert!

Now, we already had a so-called special Graham 'buko' dessert! The finished product was put in the freezer to froze!

I love it! This is my sweetest dessert! I was inspired by the same Graham dessert brought by one of my officemate one dinner night! So I made my own (gaya-gaya..haha!)! It was more special than her since I used 'buko'! =)

This Graham 'buko' dessert as well as the corn flavored maja blanca were all made in one Sunday afternoon! Oh, how great was that day! I made two desserts! Wow!

There was no such occasion on that day! I just felt like doing special recipes. So here were the products! Maybe we can tagged that day as The Rock's Sunday Recipe Specials! Haha...! Do you love my products?! See you once again next time for more menus! C",)
