How David Licauco Celebrate the Chinese New Year

Welcome to the Year of the Earth Pig!

As I continue to spread good vibes and prosperous new year in line with the 2019 celebration of the #CNY, let me share with you another exciting blog post.

For the second time around, I met my Chinoy brother David Licauco. Yeah, he is now one of the most promising hunk heartthrob in the Kapuso network and is one of the lead stars of their newest romcom TV series "Toda One I Love" joining Kylie Padilla  and Ruru Madrid.

Just like yours truly, David is a Chinoy. He is a half-Pinoy and a half Chinese. His mother is the Chinese while his father is a Filipino.

Since we're both Chinese, David and I talked about the 2019 Chinese New Year  or the CNY. David shared their traditions. How did David celebrate the Chinese New Year? What are the beliefs they were following? Well, let's watch my vlog video interview with him:

Blooper Videos with Kris Lawrence!

This is really fun! During the album ("Spread the Love")  launch of Kris Lawrence, yours truly and Kris not only talked and posed different shots together. We also had our video interview. Take note, it's not once but twice! Or should I say three takes! 

Yes, our first two videos were mainly bloopers! Hahaha... Yeah, bloopers that truly made our moments fun and lively!

Well, this is my first time here in Bits of Rocks that I will share my blooper videos with my encounter with the different celebrities. And I got two for you in this particular event with Kris!

In our first blooper, Kris thought that we were having photo shoot. Therefore, he is posing for a photo.

Here in our second blooper, I mistakenly called Kris Lawrence as "Kris Cayzer."  Hahaha! Kris laughed out loud hearing it!

Ian Batherson Reveals Transfer to the Kapamilya Station!

Last April 2013, I got a chance to talk and interview the Kapuso hunk actor Ian Batherson. During our conversion, he revealed to me that he already signed contract with the Kapamilya station!

Yes, Ian is a product of GMA-7's artista reality show "Starstruck" along with Roco Nacino, Steven Silva, Enzo Pineda,  and Paulo Avelino. He even joined another reality show in the network which is "Survivor Philippines: Celebrity Doubles."  Then he starred in the afternoon TV series "Sisid" with Jackie Rice and JC Tiuseco.

In our video, Ian shared his contract with his new network ABS-CBN along with upcoming projects. Watch our video below:

Aside from the reality shows on TV, Ian is also dubbed as the "Close-Up" guy as he became more famous as a heartthrob in the said toothpaste TV commercial.

Rocky Meets Chris Cayzer (Video)!

Chris Cayzer is a Filipino-Australian heartthrob RnB acoustic singer! He became more popular last year after being one of the Top 25 finalists of the "Australian X-Factor."  

I'm so glad that I finally met him in person! Yes, I am a big fan of Chris since his Kapamilya days where his career started! I really love his songs and his MTVs aired in MYX Music Channel.  

Chris started in ABS-CBN being a Star Records artist way back in 2006. He made top-selling albums in Star Records. In the same year, he starred in the TV series "Bituing Walang Ningning" as Sarah Geronimo's band mate. He even appeared in the Bea Alonzo-John Lloyd Cruz-Sam Milby movie "Close to You" as Sam's bandmate. From 2007 to 2008, he was a mainstay of "ASAP" and a VJ of MYX. 

In 2008, Chris transferred to GMA-7. In the said station, Chris appeared in the networks TV programs like "SOP," "Maynila," "Dear Friend,"  and "All My Life."         

Then in 2010, Chris switched to TV5 where he starred in the TV series like "BFGF" and musical variety "P.O.5"

Chris returns in the country to share his music with the Filipinos. He has a regular gig in Bagaberde in Pasay City. Then last Wednesday, April 3, 2013, Chris started his gig in Seventh High Bar in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig in the night dubbed as "Soul Nite."

Julia Montes and Rocky in a Video!

What did Julia Montes and I have in common?! Well, both of us were celebrating our birthdays on March 19. On that same day, I have shared with you our photos together and little bit infos about the two of us!   

Aside from our photos together, I even got a chance to have Julia in a video. This was during my interview with her on the promo of their 2012 MMFF horror movie entry "The Strangers." 

In the movie, Julia played the twin sister of Enrique Gil.

Last March 19, 2013 both of us celebrated our birthdays together. Julia had her debut or 18TH birthday while yours truly had my 20+ birthday. While Julia was having her happiest birthday, me on the other hand was having my not so good birthday on the same day.

Julia is one of the celebrities I've encountered most often. See you once again Julia! Nice meeting and knowing you better! (RCB)

Video: Birthday Greetings from Zia Quizon!

As I've told you in my previous post and as part of my birthday celebration, I will share with you one by one the videos of the stars and celebrities who greeted my special day. And let's start with the daughter of the "Divine Diva" Ms. Zsa Zsa Padilla!

Zia Quizon is one of the daughters of Zsa Zsa and the late "Comedy King" Dolphy. Just like her mother and her sister Karyle, Zia also has a golden singing voice!
