#WalangIwanan Moments at the San Miguel Beer Party

"Kahit Kailan Walang Iwanan" This is the motto of San Miguel Beer which is also applicable in our daily lives. With true friends, this is true since they will never leave you through ups and downs, through thick or thin...

We're glad that yours truly Rocky and  my blogger friend Yam were invited to witness the unveiling of San Miguel Beer's #WalangIwanan theme featuring their two music videos called "Side A"  and "Side B" targeting the 90s and the millennial eras. 

During the night's party, we've mingled with SMB's celebrity ambassadors namely Ina Raymundo, Jet Pangat, and Kimpoy Feliciano together with the Misters of Filipinas male pageant winners Miguel Guia and Gwapulis Don Mcgyver Cosico.

I've already shared with you the details of this event in two of our blogs. So for today, here in my personal and lifestyle blog Bits of Rocks, let me share with you my moments with the SMB celebrity influencers depicting this Walang Iwanan theme.

How David Licauco Celebrate the Chinese New Year

Welcome to the Year of the Earth Pig!

As I continue to spread good vibes and prosperous new year in line with the 2019 celebration of the #CNY, let me share with you another exciting blog post.

For the second time around, I met my Chinoy brother David Licauco. Yeah, he is now one of the most promising hunk heartthrob in the Kapuso network and is one of the lead stars of their newest romcom TV series "Toda One I Love" joining Kylie Padilla  and Ruru Madrid.

Just like yours truly, David is a Chinoy. He is a half-Pinoy and a half Chinese. His mother is the Chinese while his father is a Filipino.

Since we're both Chinese, David and I talked about the 2019 Chinese New Year  or the CNY. David shared their traditions. How did David celebrate the Chinese New Year? What are the beliefs they were following? Well, let's watch my vlog video interview with him:

Meeting the Queens of the Universe

Our country, the Philippines proves that it is the land of the beauty queens! Yes, in the history of the beauty pageants, we already got four Pinays who win the prestige Miss Universe title.

Starting from Ms. Gloria Diaz in 1969, followed by Ms. Margie Moran  in 1973, then Ms. Pia Wurtzbach in 2015, and the most recent, Ms. Catriona Gray this 2018 - the Filipino people are lucky enough to have these four beautiful ladies bringing the pride and victory to our country.

But of all the Filipino people, I am the most lucky of them! Yes, because I got the privilege to meet, take a picture, and interview three of these beauty queens. Well, check this out below:

Meet Catriona Gray's Boyfriend, Clint Bondad!

Before I finally met our Miss Universe 2018 winner Ms. Catriona Gray last November, it was her boyfriend Clint Bondad  I've met first. Yes, it was in February 2016 when I had my first photo and video interview with Clint during the run of the Century Tuna Superbods Nation 2016.

Just like Catriona, Clint is also a model and a pageant winner. He joined the 2016 edition of the Century Tuna Superbods called the Superbods Nation where he landed as the 1st Runner Up.

Since Clint is also a hot trending topic now because of the Miss Universe victory of his girlfriend Cat, let me also introduce him here in my blog. Here are my very first photos with Clint Bondad way back 2016 during the height of their competition:

Double R is with Double P: Selfies with Piolo Pascual

As Papa P. reunited with Runner Rocky, we got the most number of selfies together!

I believe my last photo with him before this was in 2016 during the Cherry Mobile event where he was launch as one of the ambassadors. I even had a good photo with him during the 2015 Star Awards for Movies. And my first selfie video interview with him was in 2012 during the blogcon of his Star Cinema movie, "24/7 in Love."

Congrats Aljur Abrenica and Kylie Padilla!

The Kapuso stars Aljur Abrenica and Kylie Padilla are currently the talk of the town after the news of Kylie's pregnancy to Aljur's child. Therefore, Kylie's character as Amihan in the GMA-7's telefantasya "Encantadia" was killed!

Afterwards, the two announced that they were already engaged. And they were happy to have a baby. And followed by Robin Padilla's (Kylie's father) approval and excitement of his grandchild.

Different reactions spread in the world wide web. Some netizens bashed Aljur. Others get mad because their favorite Encantadia  character was pulled out from the show.

I already met these two in various events before. And yes, they were both good. And I would like to congratulate these two first for having a baby and second for their engagement! "Kayo din ang nagkatuluyan sa wakas!" I'm so happy for you both!
