A-Gantea, A Lifestyle Cafe Opens Its First Branch in the Philippines!

The so-called "Lifestyle Cafe", the A-Gantea Tea Cafe formally launched its first branch in the Philippines on May 12, 2012 at the Greenbelt 3 Activity Center.

The grand opening was graced by the different celebrities in the country from different fields - sports, journalism, and entertainment. From the field of Sports, the Team AZKALS namely Aly Borromeo, Chiefly Calindong and Angel Guirado joined force with the Philippine Volcanoes Rugby Team namely Andrew Wolff, Chris Everingham, Arnold Aninion, John Odulio, and Eric Tai. In the field of Journalism, it was Ms. Grace Lee who hosted the ceremony. And from the field of entertainment, the hottest teen sensation 'Jamich' showcased their talents.

A-Gantea was established in 2006 by Chairman Mr. Vincent Ho. The first branch is opened in Feng Chia night market in Taichung, Taiwan. It is brought to the Philippines by Qoola Phils Inc. Now, the first branch in the country is located at the Greenbelt 2 Park, Makati City right beside Coola Yogurt Cafe.

A-Gantea is actually a two world with two different meanings. “A” means a happy disposition and “Gan” means sweet. It is devoted in developing all kinds of specialty blended tea beverages to suit the taste of students, office workers and families.

The event was filled with enthusiastic activities from AZKALS, Volcanoes, and Jamich. A trivial game from the AZKALS, a sexy-themed tea drinking contest from the Volcanoes, and a sing and dance number from Jamich made the night so lively!

Mr. James Aguilar, the Filipino owner-franchiser and the Taiwanese founder Mr. Vincent Ho toast with the guests and audience concluded the night's activities!

On my next posts, I will share with you more interesting facts and trivia about A-Gantea and of course more activity photos from the said launching events. So, stay tune guys! c",)

Designing the Exterior Appearance of 'Rockz Cafe'!

Your favorite cafe restaurant, the Rockz Cafe is now currently showing its exterior appearance! Yeah! And this how it looks! Plain and simple at first, but now groomed into a beautiful cafe!

Let's have a quick look on how the exterior design of it evolves:

Plain and Simple as Started

Actually this is another new innovation of Facebook's Cafe World game. It started two days from now. I was surprised that Cafe World is now offering its user the ability to design its exterior look. I'm so excited to make it more beautiful the way I did to its interior!

But making your Cafe World's exterior design was not that easy! Yeah, it involves lots of money! The materials to be use for its beautification are to expensive! So glad and so lucky that I was able to make my outside design beautiful and attractive since I already earned 5 million plus coins! Wow!

And the above picture shows how my final design looks like! Simple but beautiful! It's catchy and attractive. I was the one who decide to put orange walls on it to blend with its interior. Even the flooring blended with the walls and the inside design of it! What more, I add pink flowers on the side with green bushes. Trees of pines and fruits were also put to add fresh green appearance on it! Light posts were also erected to light your dark path! Wow, oh so cool! Great one!

What more will you ask for?! This is just only my first exterior design of my Rockz Cafe. Sooner you will see a more great looks! It will truly attracts more and more clients. Inside and outside, truly beautiful! Well, what can you say?! Will you love my design?!

An Orange Rockz Cafe Website

If the Rockz Cafe is now dressed with its new look as a Bright Orange Cafe, definitely its official website should also looks the same. After transforming to an orange cafe, the Rockz Cafe's official blog site also turns into an orange-inspired blog site!

Look at it now. Above is the current image of the Rockz Cafe website! From being a red-inspired website, now orange dominates the totally of the site.

The main picture logo of it now reflects an orange restaurant where my cafe got its inspiration. Before, it was a red cafe!

Even the appearance of Chef Rocky's picture on the side of the site was also changed. Before, he was wearing a plain chef outfit. Now look at him, too handsome for his coat and tie with matching eyeglass!

The evolution of the Rockz Cafe will also be seen on its website. From a simple small carinderia type to Red Cafe then turned to an Elegant Cafe up to its current transformation as a Bright Orange Cafe, all its evolutions will be seen on the separate page of the site.

A Brighter Than Orange New Rockz Cafe!

After being a 'Red Cafe' inspired by the Chinese New Year and Valentines Day then became a Casino inspired 'Elegant Cafe', Rockz Cafe, my Facebook's Cafe World now dressed again into a new look! Brighter than orange, let us all welcome the brand new Rockz Cafe now called as the 'Bright Orange Cafe'!

Inspired by orange, the latest interior design of the Rockz Cafe is based on the modern restaurants and classy food chains where orange is the theme.

But why did I decide to redress the appearance of my cafe into orange? Are there any personal attachments?

Yeah, I know you all know that the color orange plays a great role in my lovelife way back in college. For one and a half year, orange speaks the color of my heart. I was very much inloved with orange before. It was started with the cheering where all the cheerers wear orange up to the time that I really fight for my love who always wear orange! Haha! But all those things now were part of my rich memories.

The color of orange is still my favorite. It is the color which symbolize brightness and smartness! It reflects intelligence!

With those backgrounds about orange, it comes to my idea to use orange as my current new theme for my Rockz Cafe restaurant. And this new innovation become successful! As you can see, the latest design of my cafe looks more brilliant, attractive to the eyes, and always feels cool, relaxing, and clean! It is much better than my previous elegant cafe design!

The place is now dominated with orange. The floor, the walls were all covered with the brightness of orange!

The floor now is covered with the bright orange tiles. It smooth to see. It makes the appearance of my cafe to always look clean and fresh! At the same time, its walls were now painted with a cute hue of orange. The walls and the floor compliment each other! The four pillars surrounding my stoves matched them!

Some of the furniture in this cafe were maintained like the black sofas, the red solo sofa, the wall decorations, the windows, the jars, and of course the LCD flat screen TV mounted on the wall. Still the glass tables and chairs were maintained. The only difference is that the former white chairs were now changed to cozy green chairs that matched exactly with the glass tables!

Additional round maroon tables were added for the black sofas. A red table then was also added for the only red sofa. Now my sofas cater the customers. They can now dine-in on them!

And of course the layout of my resto was also changed! Since I already expanded my cafe before it was turned to orange, why not make a new design layout? My stoves and my counters were now separated into two different areas. And their floors were covered with white marble tiles. Really nice!

I very much love this current design of my Rockz Cafe. It's better than the previous elegant cafe design! I feel relax whenever I see it! So fresh and nice, it brightens my mind! Cool!

The Transformation of Chef Rocky!

Your favorite Rockz Cafe had undergone to different transformation. You all witnessed its start from a humble beginning up to its gorgeous look now. From a simple carinderia type, to a Chinese inspired Red Cafe, up to its current multi-million Elegant Cafe style, you all love its big transitions.

As the Rockz Cafe evolve, definitely its Master Chef, your most-loved chef, Chef Rocky also transformed!

Which of these Chef Rocky's look you love the most? Which type is your favorite?! Which of his many looks captured your attention?!

At first, when the Chinese restaurant called the Red Cafe was established, definitely Chef Rocky should look like an Asian Chef. With a smaller eyes, white complexion, dressed in Red, he's like an Asian superstar!

During the era of Red Cafe, Chef Rocky also tried other looks. He tried to look like an ordinary chef dressed in normal chef clothes. Then afterwards, he decided to wear a red clothes similar to the Toy Land character! He was then called a Toy Land Prince!

Then now as the new Rockz Cafe dressed up in a Casino inspired Elegant Cafe, Chef Rocky also transformed into a hot cutie type dressed in formal wear! He is now look like a mafia or a gambling lord! Haha! In coat and tie with an eye glass, he is really cute and handsome!

Rockz Cafe is Now Dressed as 'The Elegant Cafe!'

After you see my cafe world's so-called Red Cafe before, now the Rockz Cafe had a dressed into a new one!

From former Red Cafe, it is now called 'The Elegant Cafe'! And this is how it looks now:

Why Elegant Cafe? Well, it simply because all the materials that surround the place were all expensive! They were all cozy! Starting from its floor, to its walls, up to the furnitures, they were all cozy!

The walls were painted with an expensive maroon paint. This is the paint usually used in the different gambling bars. The floor were tiled by an expensive palace floor. Yup, this is the floor you usually see in the different high class palace!

And of course the furnitures were made by cozy glass. The chairs and tables were all made of glass! They varies from round glass tables to square type. There is also a set of pink tables and chairs in the side alloted for the special or exclusive customers. An LCD flat screen TV mounted on the wall was also added!

If the Rockz Cafe was now dressed in a brand new elegant look, the master chef itself was also transformed! Yup, Chef Rocky was also in a formal type wear. He's so cute with his look now! Many customers really loved him for his new appearance! Since the Rockz Cafe now had an influence of gambling or Casino bars, Chef Rocky also somewhat depicts a mafia or a gambling lord!

Yeah, a part of this Elegant Cafe was inspired by casino or gambling restaurants. That's why you could see different gambling displays on the main wall.

And also in this cafe, I really love the kitchen! I designed it as such with a separated color of tiles! If you ask me what is my favorite part on this new look Rockz Cafe, I will proudly say, I love the kitchen! It's my favorite! So nice, so fun, so relaxing...!
