I grew up with love songs. I love listening to music specially to love songs. Until now, my best form of relaxation specially when I'm in the office or blogging my article posts, I listen to the love songs saved in my iPhone 6.
The love songs like "In Your Eyes" and "I Fall All Over Again" were some of my childhood favorites. And yes, glad to hear that the man behind these love songs will come in the Philippines to serenade our hearts with his lovely music.

For the first time, I've met the heartthrob RnB singer and The Voice of the Philippines grand champion Jason Dy during the blogcon of his self-titled second album.
Check out two of our selfies together:
Just like yours truly, Jason is also a 25% Chinese hence the surname Dy. :)
On my next posts, I will share with you more about Jason Dy which we discussed during the blogcon. And of course, I will also share the full video of my exclusive interview with him.
Love really makes every person inspire to be creative. Whenever we fall inlove, we are inspire to sing, to write a song, or even compose a poetic article to narrate the feeling we were experiencing. Or the other hand, if we are brokenhearted, we are getting emotional keeping us to write or release the feeling of bitterness in many other ways. Well in my case, I experienced those two things pertaining to love!
In case of Ms. Marion Aunor, the "Himig Handog P-Pop Love Songs" third-place winner, she can write her own song both when inlove and when brokenhearted! I've asked her if what is easier for her to write a song, when inlove or when brokenhearted. Her answer was both! That's why in her self-titled album, two songs there pertained to the opposite feelings of love. Her carrier single called "If You Ever Changed Your Mind" which paved way for her to win in the competition is all about heartaches for the brokenhearted persons. On the other hand, her song "Take a Chance" tells the story of falling inlove! She gave samples by singing these songs during her bloggers conference in ABS-CBN's ELJCC building.
Yes, Marion sings very well! "Ang lamig at ang ganda ng boses." Her voice is really perfect in any occasion. And good to know that she's already the newest addition to the Star Magic family! "I'm happy that I get to work with artists from Star Magic. I'm looking forward to be doing concerts with them too," the singer expressed.
When I asked Marion if who is her favorite international artist whom she wants to do a collaborative song with, she said Jason Mraz.
Here is a video clip of my interview with Marion during the blogcon:
And here is Marion giving us a sample of her song "Take a Chance:"
By the way, Marion Aunor is the niece of the superstar Ms. Nora Aunor. Wow, a blood of talented artist is really flowing on her!
With her looks and talents, definitely Marion is a big thing in showbiz! Aside from singing, no doubt to see her soon in movies, TV series, or even in different product endorsements!
Congrats Marion and more power! Two thumbs up to your talents!(RCB)
My afternoon last Tuesday was truly on fire! Even though rain poured outside the GMA network tower, inside were the sexy girls giving heat to the rainy season!
Elle Ramirez and Zandra Summer were two of the main stars of GMA-7's hit afternoon series "Pyra: Ang Babaeng Apoy." Their characters as antagonist makes the life of Pyra (Thea Tolentino) more miserable! But in my case, they posed cool photos with yours truly!
Check out some of my photos with the two sexy ladies Elle and Zandra!
Elle Ramirez shifted from mabait to kontrabida characters. In her previous soaps in the Kapuso network, she played kalog and mabait. But here in their teleserye, she is the kontrabida, the antagonist of Pyra.
Check out our photos with Elle:
On the other hand, Zandra plays a good role. On our blog conference, Zandra showcased her talent singing the hit song "Price Tag."
Check out our photos together with Elle:
Equally gorgeous and beautiful! Aside from Pyra, they can burn your afternoon TV series habit!
More photos with the Pyra characters up next on my succeeding posts! (RCB)
I had a great afternoon last Tuesday, September 24, 2013 with the four lead casts of GMA-7's hit afternoon TV series "Pyra: Ang Babaeng Apoy!" The four cast members were the products of the network's 2012 phenomenal artista reality search, "Protege: The Battle for the Big Artista Break!"
Actually the event served as our reunion. Remember last year, yours truly also covered their competition and interviewed and mingled with these four young stars. Well, if you'll browse my blog and my facebook account, you will see lots of photos of us during their artista search days.
Jeric Gonzales, Elle Ramirez, Zandra Summer, and Thea Tolentino were four of the main casts who attended the fun bloggers conference of their teleserye. The event was not a traditional one we usually attended. It has full of fun games and activities involving us and the stars. The four stars even showcased their talents singing us different hit songs we love!
Check out our barkada shots with the cast of GMA's afternoon fantaserye:
Mingling them were truly fun and exciting! We even posed different cool shots altogether!
"Apoy Sa Dagat"is the newest Primetime TV series of ABS-CBN which stars Piolo Pascual, Diether Ocampo, Angelica Panganiban, and Angelica Panganiban! With its flaming hot title, I really thought at first that this will be a sexy teleserye. But after meeting the directors, writer, and creative staffs of the said TV series, my outlook to this teleserye eventually changed!
One Saturday afternoon, we had a Bloggers' Conference together with the Creative Team of "Apoy Sa Dagat." This was composed of the two directors FM Reyes and Nick Olanca, writer Arden Condez, and creative manager Henry Quintain.
My first question to the teleserye director FM Reyes was all about the title of the series. I got curious why this TV series was dubbed as such since it suggests a sexy name. Added to the fact, the series is led by three of the sexiest stars who showed skins in the trailer and poster giving me a hint that this is a Rated SPG TV show. But Direk FM explained why.
According to him, the title "Apoy Sa Dagat" is actually a figure of speech. It was derived from the figurative phrase "fire on water," two objects that can't never be together! In the story, this pertains to the lead characters continuously battling! The title also suggests facing stiff challenges - how the lead characters will face the challenges which were impossible to win!
"The story is not that sexy or daring everyone is thinking of. Yes, there are some sexy scenes in the first part of the series but as you will go along, you will see how it differs from the other teleserye," the director said.
It's good to note that Direk FM Reyes is also the man behind the successful and phenomenal hit TV series like "Lobo," "May Bukas Pa," "eBoy," and"Sana'y Wala Nang Wakas." And it's proud to know that "Lobo" and "Sana'y Wala Nang Wakas" were continuously hitting the other parts of the world as their rights were sold to other countries the way we did with the different Koreanovelas airing in the country.

The "Apoy Sa Dagat" Team!
A Sizzling Hot TV Series Poster of "Apoy Sa Dagat"
The teleserye writer Henry Quintain expressed how he admires Angelica Panganiban. "Nung una talaga ayaw na ayaw ko kay Angelica lalo na 'nung time na kontrabida siya ni Camille Prats. Kase big fan ako ni Camille then naging artist pa namin siya sa Marinella. But after ko siyang makatrabaho dito sa Apoy Sa Dagat, talagang bumilib ako sa batang ito! Wow, ang galing niya!" he shared.
Angelica is playing a dual role in the series. She is playing the poor and humble sea girl Serena at the same time playing the rich and the fighter Rebecca. "Hindi mo na kailangang ibahin ang itsura nung dalawang Angelica eh na 'ung isa is mahaba ang buhok at maiksi ung isa. Sa acting niya pa lang kitang-kita mo na ang pagkakaiba. Ganun siya kagaling," the writer and director agreed.
Aside from Angelica, the team also talked about the other characters in the series like the two leading men Piolo and Diether, the antagonist Angel Aquino, and the other veteran stars.
They were all laughing as they shared how cool the character of Ms. Perla Bautista in the story. "Kilala natin si Perla sa mga roles na martir na ina. Pero dito, pokpok ang role niya! Lipstick ang katapat ng kaligayahan niya," Direk FM revealed.
The creative team also unveiled how cruel the character of Angel Aquino. "Kung sa Magkaribal at Maria La Del Barrio naintindihan natin at minahal ang pagiging kontrabidaniya, dito sa Apoy Sa Dagat, grabe at magagalit talaga kayo at kasusuklaman niyo siya!" It's really evilness to the fullest Angel Aquino is in the series!
Here is the full trailer of "Apoy Sa Dagat:"
The series also explores the beauty of the Philippines. Yes, the scenes were also taken in the different tourist spots of the country. The team even narrated how they shoot in the cruise and in the mid of the sea.
"Apoy Sa Dagat" just premiered last Monday, February 11, 2013. And it truly got high pilot ratings beating its rival TV series! This week and in the next succeeding weeks, expect to see more exciting twists as the story progresses!
This is such another great teleserye from the home of breakthrough TV series, ABS-CBN! Once more, two thumbs up Kapamilya! (RCB)
