And before we discuss my new artwork, let us first compare my previous logo with the new one we have now!

Here are the two variations of my TV series craze logo using the previous one used last year from April 2009 until August 30, 2010 and using the new one which is currently used!

Try to compare and contrast them. Which of the two is better? Which do you like most? Which is more attractive?

Variation of Last Year's Logo

Variation of the New Logo

My new TV series craze logo design is somewhat hotter than my previous logo. It is inspired by the hottest TV series characters whom will truly steam up your temperature! Yup, it is sexier than my first artwork!

As you can see, TV series characters were focused in my design. I put together all your favorite teleserye characters. Unlike before, I just combined all the TV series in a collage-type design. But now, it has a more touch of art! Of course, it is blended with 'sexiness' and 'hotness'!

Now what can you say about my new design? Do you love it? What is more catchy to you, my previous design or my new design? Feel free to express your thoughts! =)

Actually this said new artwork for my TV series craze site is currently uploaded in its Facebook Fan page. You may like it here. You may even download it here in my site or in the official blog site of TV Series Craze. Just visit TV Series Craze and start having fun!

A Bear-Like Puppy!

It's so cute and very hug-gable...! I hope I can own this one! Love it!

Yup, this is a true puppy! It is not a stuff toy though it really looks like a stuff toy! As you can see, it looks like a bear! Nice.

This photo is taken from the Facebook account of one of my FB friends. Yeah, his Facebook is all dedicated to puppies! He is selling different breeds of dogs and puppies. Many more different puppies were showcased in in his page. The price, characteristics, and other more information like inclusion of the medical certificate and adoption papers were also featured.

My attention was really caught by his puppies! And one of his puppies which captured my attention is this one!

It is so unique! It looks like tame and friendly. It seems that it is so nice to take care and play with it! See the picture, the cute puppy is smiling on you! =)

Hayz...I really love to have a one like this! But it is so expensive! Besides, we were not allowed to have a pet in our rented home. So, I then satisfy myself by just looking in its picture!

How about you?! Do you also love to own a cute bear-like puppy like this?! Hope that my Miming Negro would not get jealous if I own this type of puppy! Haha! C",)

Replicating Miming Negro!

Miming Negro is really one of the famous wonderful pussycat today! With her fame, everybody really loves her! What more, she is even replicated!

Yup, as we all know, when something is so famous and truly a big hit, others were trying to have a similar thing. Just like in the different TV show trends, two networks were imitating each other. Or even in the different cellphone load promos, telephone providers were having the similar ideas with the others! What more in terms of a cute black pussycat like Miming!

Try to look at these two images below:

Are they a replicate of Miming Negro? Or cartoon versions of our cute pussycat?

Just like Miming Negro, these two black pussycats were really cute! I like them! Actually I got these two from the internet. It is a certain widget application of one of my affiliated blog networks! And they were moving following your mouse pointer!

Yup, if you want to try them, just see my right topmost sidebar! Are you able to see the black moving pussycat similar in the pictures above? Yeah, that's it! It's cute and really lovable! It is so tame. You will really feel relax as you play with it! =)

Oops...don't get jealous my Miming Negro. Of course you're still my favorite. But of course I also love your replica! Because seeing this black pussycat similar to you, I'm also able to think of you! Sozy Little Piggy!

If you're already seen a sozy pussycat in the persona of Miming Negro, how about her counterpart in terms of a piggy babe?!

Well, look at this picture! Yeah, this is an SC (social climber) little piggy! Hahaha...!

It seems that this pig didn't want her feet to get wet in this muddy place! Oh, she even had her choice to wear red boots rather than wearing any type of foot wear! And look, her four feet were all wrapped with red boots! Too cozy...! Maybe these boots were as expensive as her! Do you think so?!

But then I just wonder, why did she only covers her feet and not all her body? Why not wear some clothes and not only wear boots?! Hmmm...

But with or without any upper clothes, this piggy is really cute! She seems so kind and tame! What do you think?! Will you want her to be your loving pet?! C",)

A Special Graham 'Buko' Dessert!

As promised, I will share with you my second recipe which I made last Sunday together with my corn flavored maja blanca! This time, let us "feel expert sa dessert.."!

Yup, this is a Graham special dessert! But I made my own! Since everyone of us were popular with the mango dessert using Graham biscuit, in my recipe, I used 'buko'!

Well, let me share with you how I made it!

Preparing All The Ingredients

Mixing All The Ingredients in a Bowl

Of course, prepare all the ingredients! These were the Graham Biscuit (ang bida ng recipe), all-purpose cream, condense milk, and the 'buko' (ang special star ng aking recipe)! And also prepare all the utensils and trays to use!

Mix all these ingredients in a bowl. Stir it well until the all-purpose cream and the condense milk combine as one!

When they were already mixed, start now putting the Graham rectangular biscuits in the tray where you will put the mixture. Shape the rectangular biscuits in the bottom of the tray. These were serve as the baseline!

Crushing the Graham Biscuits

Finished Product! Ready to Put in the Freezer!

Now pour the mixture in the tray where you put the Graham biscuits. Shape it accordingly. This will be your first layer! Afterward, put again another Graham rectangular biscuits on top of the mixture then pour another mixture on it! This is now the second layer! Do it repeatedly until you run out of mixture to pour!

In my case, I came up with three layers. On the very top of my dessert, I put crushed of Graham biscuits. Yup, I patiently crushed the whole Graham biscuits and put it on the very top of my finished dessert!

Now, we already had a so-called special Graham 'buko' dessert! The finished product was put in the freezer to froze!

I love it! This is my sweetest dessert! I was inspired by the same Graham dessert brought by one of my officemate one dinner night! So I made my own (gaya-gaya..haha!)! It was more special than her since I used 'buko'! =)

This Graham 'buko' dessert as well as the corn flavored maja blanca were all made in one Sunday afternoon! Oh, how great was that day! I made two desserts! Wow!

There was no such occasion on that day! I just felt like doing special recipes. So here were the products! Maybe we can tagged that day as The Rock's Sunday Recipe Specials! Haha...! Do you love my products?! See you once again next time for more menus! C",)

Cooking A Corn Flavored Maja Blanca!

It's recipe time once again! I know you really missed my special recipes. So for this moment, I will share with you my newly learned recipe!

Last Sunday, I cooked two recipes. The first one is the so-called maja blanca and the other one is the Graham Dessert! I will share with you first the maja blanca.

At first, I didn't know how to cook this kind of 'kakanin'! I didn't even have an idea how it is made. Until one day, my officemate brought a maja blanca as our dessert for lunch.

Since I love to eat maja even before when my mom always bought it for us, I wonder how it was made. At first, I thought that it was just a harden 'gulaman' or gelatin. But it's not!

Out of curiosity, I asked my officemate how she was able to make it. Then she willingly told me!

Mixing All The Ingredients in a Bowl

Boiling The Mixed Ingredients in a Stove

According to her, maja blanca is a mixture of corn starch, 'gata ng niyog', corn (the one in the can), and evaporated milk. Yup, actually this is all the ingredients!

Put all these ingredients in a bowl and mix. Taste it and ensure its sweetness. You may add sugar on your mixture. But when you use a condense milk instead of the evaporated one, I'm sure no need to add sugar since it is automatically sweet! But in my case, I put teaspoons of sugar since I use an evaporated milk!

When the mixture is ready and already taste good, it is now time to heat and boil it in the stove. So, I boiled it in our stove and wait for a couple of minutes.

Cooking is Over When The Mixture Becomes Sticky!

Putting The Cooked Maja Blanca in Their Respective Trays

Afterward Let Them Cool and Get Harden

I always stir my mixture in our casserole to ensure that it didn't stick and harden while boiling. When the mixture is getting hotter and hotter, it started to coagulates!

How did we know that cooking and boiling of the mixture is enough?! Well, that was the same question I asked in my officemate. According to her, it is already cooked when the mixture becomes sticky! When it started to stick in your casserole or in your sandok, then cooking is over!

So, I followed her advice! I keep an eye in my recipe in the stove to prevent it from coagulation. But when it was already sticky, I removed it from the stove! Wow, this is it! My very own maja blanca recipe! Oh yeah!

After I removed the cooked mixture in the stove, I poured it in respective trays! Then I let them cooled and harden before placing the trays in the refrigerator!

That's it! It's simple right?! My mom was so happy that I can now cooked a special corn flavored maja blanca! Actually you can topped the finished product with peanuts or niyog. You can even put food colorings on it. That's why you often see a yellow maja blanca! But in my case, I retained it to be white!

Well, what can you say about my new discovered recipe?! Want to try some of it?! Pwede na bang mag-asawa...?! Sorry, I wasn't able to provide photogenic pictures of my recipe because it's too hard to take pictures while cooking! Haha! See you on my next recipe! C",)
